How Counties Report Funds In Florida

The question was raised about what information the County Committee had to collect and report to their county board of elections on contributions to the committee.  Per Clint Howell at the Florida Division of Elections these are the rules.
Individuals, companies and corporations may legally donate to the county committee.  The rules for candidates may be different.
The name and address of every contributor must be collected and reported quarterly to your county elections board no matter how small the contribution.
When the contribution is over $100 you must also report the occupation of an individual or what the business does.
If we stand together we cannot lose and if we do not stand together we cannot win.
